L-Blends....with a St.Patty's Day Twist

 Ok, so we are beginning to learn about reading words with initial consonant blends. This can be a difficult skill and this tends to be the time of year where those kiddos who are a little shaky in their reading skills waver even more.

So, I came up with a game where kiddos will get a chance to read lots of words with L-blends. I always teach a new literacy center game by first using it in my guided reading groups. Kids love coming to the table ready to play a game, don't they?
