Leprechaun Gold

                                  

Ok this is so one of my favorite games I've made. It is "hands-down" my kids favorite so far :0) It's a sight word (dolch with pre-primer, primer, and first grade) game.

The kids get to help an adorable leprechaun gather the most gold. For each word you read, you get a piece of gold for your leprechaun. If you draw a rainbow - you get 5 pieces of gold free! Ohh.... but beware because if you draw "Leprechaun Swiper" he will take ALL your gold and leave you with nothing. Then you'll have to start all over :0(

It's a fun and exciting game that really motivates kiddos to read those oh-so-important sight words. The "gold" is limas beans that I spray painted ...gold! Super easy and quick.
